Within the Atelier Service, you will ensure troubleshooting interventions on the technical installations and equipment of the site, with a specialization in the sanitary field. You will diagnose malfunctions, analyze the causes of breakdowns, and implement the necessary corrective actions in order to guarantee the continuity and safety of operations. You will be required to intervene in the fields of mechanics, carpentry, and electricity. As such, you demonstrate versatility and possess general technical knowledge allowing you to carry out simple troubleshooting and to effectively direct requests when specific skills are required. You will intervene autonomously while respecting defined priorities, particularly regarding the safety of users, female and male employees, and infrastructures. You will ensure the follow-up of intervention requests, the traceability of your interventions, as well as the updating of working documents. You will also participate in the single point of contact duty. In this capacity, you receive calls from users, evaluate the degree of urgency of the requests, provide a first level of response, and ensure the direction or triggering of necessary interventions. You hold a CFC as a sanitary installer or an equivalent diploma, and you have at least five years of experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of sanitary installations. You possess solid theoretical and practical knowledge in the sanitary field and master the tools of the Microsoft Office suite as well as a CMMS software. You also have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
