You: ensure the smooth operation of our injection molding production systems carry out maintenance, inspections, and repairs (mechanical \& electrical) independently systematically analyze malfunctions and eliminate errors sustainably take responsibility for operational installations (e.g., compressed air and cooling systems) as well as building installations actively contribute to the optimization of our systems and processes to further increase availability work closely with production as well as external service providers and suppliers document your work in a structured and traceable manner What you bring with you You: have completed technical training (e.g., polymechanic, production mechanic, or similar) bring basic knowledge in mechanics and electrics (mandatory) have experience in the maintenance of production systems, ideally in the field of injection molding work independently, structured, and solution-oriented are a team player and have a high sense of responsibility have good German language skills in speaking and writing What we offer you With us, a familiar working environment in an established SME with short decision-making paths awaits you.
