We are looking for a leadership personality for the position of Senior Physician m/f of the interdisciplinary emergency center at the earliest possible date. The emergency department is the contact point for emergency patients of all medical specialties around the clock. Senior Specialist Interdisciplinary Emergency Department Your area of responsibility Management and control of the entire emergency department with the assigned medical and nursing staff. Care of outpatient emergency patients in the interdisciplinary short-stay unit with internal medicine and general medicine clinical pictures. You are the first point of contact for rescue services and referrers, determine the treatment path, and coordinate the various investigations. Initiating emergency diagnostics and therapy in close cooperation with the specialist departments of the clinic is also among your tasks. Your task is to inform and educate patients comprehensively about treatment procedures, possible risks, and treatment results. You are responsible for the further development of the existing medical team as well as for the leadership and promotion of the assistant physicians. You strengthen the reputation of the clinic and represent your specialist department externally. Your personality As a specialist in General Internal Medicine or Surgery with the additional or major designation "Emergency Medicine", you already have sound emergency medical experience in an interdisciplinary emergency department. Ideally, you have already been able to gain initial experience in a leadership role, enjoy a responsible clinical activity, and are motivated to actively help shape the further development of the department. You are a service-oriented personality, have a high degree of curiosity, social competence, empathy, and bring high commitment. You have the willingness for cross-disciplinary emergency care, constructive teamwork, and enthusiasm. You enjoy new challenges and pursue tasks purposefully and solution-oriented.
