Head of Finance, Reporting and Accounting Switzerland

As Head of Finance, Reporting & Accounting Switzerland, you will lead a team of highly qualified finance experts and bear responsibility for Finance Reporting & Accounting in our two Swiss companies 4B and EgoKiefer. As important companies within the DOVISTA Group, 4B and EgoKiefer occupy a significant position in the Swiss market. Consequently, this function plays a central role within our Finance organization.

You ensure high-quality and reliable financial data for group reporting, compliance with high compliance standards, as well as sound decision-making bases for corporate management and performance management. At the same time, you actively help shape the future of the Swiss Finance organization by driving the harmonization and automation of processes, systems and ways of working.

A major focus is on strengthening cross-functional cooperation between 4B and EgoKiefer as well as with Business Finance, local management and the entire DOVISTA organization. You question existing ways of working, identify potential for improvement and use digital solutions to continuously increase efficiency, quality and transparency.

As a leader in the finance area, you develop both the organization and your employees, strengthen technical expertise and promote future leadership skills as well as a culture of cooperation and continuous improvement. You combine strong financial governance with a pragmatic and business-oriented mindset and act as a trusted sparring partner and effective gatekeeper to create sustainable added value for the company.

• Definition of the strategy for your own area of responsibility in line with the overall finance strategy, as well as active shaping and implementation of the transformation - including systems, processes and the further development towards a future-proof finance setup
• Alignment of the goals of your own area with the corporate strategy
• Further development of leadership skills and technical expertise within the organization
• Breaking down silos, targeted resource allocation and promotion of a corporate culture in the sense of the DOVISTA MODEL
• Identification and active involvement of relevant stakeholders from the business
• Further development of the organizational structure of the functional area, including the development of future leaders, clear career paths and sustainable succession planning
• Local responsibility for actual figures as well as ensuring a reliable and meaningful financial view of the business as a basis for sound decisions
• Ensuring high-quality and timely group reporting in accordance with applicable guidelines and specifications - with high transparency and without unexpected deviations
• Responsibility for the budget and financial management of your own area
• Completed Master's degree in the field of finance or a comparable qualification as well as sound experience in managing accounting processes
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role in the finance area
• Experience with technically demanding accounting issues as well as compliance requirements
• Strong business understanding, including the entire value chain and the operating business model of a manufacturing company
• Strong digital competence in the finance and business environment
• Sound project management skills
• Very good English skills
