Job description
sgf Bern has been committed to gender equality for over 130 years - innovative, open-minded, courageous. Currently, we operate ten Kitas and one Tagi and rent affordable living space to women 60+. Do you need a change? We have it. For our Kitas in Bern, we are looking from 1. December 2026 or by arrangement, relief workers* on an hourly basis (no fixed workload). Your activities:

Co-responsibility for the care of the children's group from 3 months of age until starting school
Co-shaping everyday life within the framework of the pedagogical concept
Collaboration with the respective Kita teams
Support with everyday tasks in Kita operations
Flexible deployment in our various Kitas*
*Deployments are generally planned approximately one week in advance. This way you know early on when and where you are needed. In addition to the weekly planning, there may also be spontaneous requests within the same week in the event of short-term shortages. Your profile:

Minimum requirement: Training as a Fachperson Betreuung EFZ Kind or HF Kindheitspädagogik
