Zollikofen, Suisse (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute • Ensure the global coordination of IT projects or sub-projects • Define and control the development, progress, costs, deadlines and quality of projects; take necessary measures in case of risks or problems • Support and develop agile teams as a scrum master, help team members complete their tasks and design agile projects together • Collaborate closely with clients (specialized areas of a federal office), the competent areas of OFIT and external partners (suppliers) <br /> What makes you unique • Higher education (EPF, HES, computer science, business informatics, etc.) and good knowledge of business administration; several years of experience as a project manager and scrum master • Experience in managing medium-sized projects, expertise related to the HERMES method and agile approaches (Scrum, SAFe) • Team spirit, customer service orientation, flexibility, stress resistance, commitment and the ability to work autonomously and in a structured manner • Ability to communicate transparently and appropriately to interlocutors • Excellent knowledge of two official languages and good knowledge of English <br /> In a few words Having successfully led projects and assumed the role of scrum master in agile projects, are you looking for new challenges that will allow you to demonstrate, deepen and expand your knowledge and skills on a daily basis?
