L-Hôpital de Gilly, a treatment and rehabilitation center (CTR) pioneer in the canton of Vaud since 1989, has been serving the region since 1922. With 42 rehabilitation beds, this ideally located establishment offers breathtaking views of the Alps and Lake Geneva. Furthermore, our five-place temporary reception center (CAT) offers activities for seniors four days a week.

We are looking for the hospital of Gilly for a:

Nurse (M/F) in CTR at 80-100%

Start date as soon as possible or to be agreed.

YOU POSSESS

• A HES Bachelor in nursing or a level 2 nurse diploma, CRS recognized.
• Initial experience acquired in a medicine, geriatrics, or rehabilitation service, an asset.
• Good organizational skills (anticipating, planning, coordinating), flexibility, and proactivity.
• An ability to work continuous 12:00 hour shifts alternating days and nights.
• The ability to take initiative and responsibility.
• A sense of listening and interpersonal ease.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the care of the patient base entrusted to them in respect of institutional values.
• Systematically identify the needs and resources of the patient.
• Develop care objectives with the patient, their relatives, the multidisciplinary team, based on collected data and taking into account a global therapeutic project.
• Work in interprofessionality with the objective of quality care and in respect of a global approach to the patient.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders concerned in the continuous improvement of practices and the good organization of the service.
