Qualifications ##
• Holder of a Master/Bachelor in economic sciences or HES diploma or Federal Diploma of specialist in finance and accounting
• Federal Diploma of expert in finance and controlling or equivalent desired
• 8 years of experience as a financial analyst within the public sector, fiduciary, medium or large company
• Practical experience in the field of the budgetary process and reporting
• Ability to conduct several missions at the same time and to resolve sensitive and complex issues.
