Job number: 8417 Place of work: St. Gallen Workload: 100% Tasks: • Active recruitment of skilled and unskilled workers for temporary and permanent job placement • Building and maintaining customer relationships as well as continuous market development • Personal reception, telephone, online • Consultation interviews with candidates and customers • Creating applicant files • Recording and advertising job openings • Placing employees in suitable vacancies • Writing employment references and confirmations • Creating employment contracts • Administrative tasks • Contact with authorities and agencies (e.g. RAV, unemployment insurance, insurance companies, etc.) Requirements: • Completed basic training (commercial, technical or craft) • Pronounced communication strength and enjoyment of daily exchange with people • Qualified and personal interviews as well as consultation talks with candidates and customers • Experience in a similar environment is an advantage • Good IT skills MS Office • Sales, consulting and negotiating skills • A good personal appearance with a healthy self-confidence • Team-oriented, self-motivated, flexible, resilient and humorous • Loyalty and discretion are further important characteristics • Mother tongue German, stylistically secure in word and writing • Foreign languages are an advantage (customer base in an international environment) • Place of residence and personal network of relationships in the region of the city of St. Gallen • Ideally between 20 and 30 years old We offer: • A very interesting and dynamic employment in a well-established and relaxed team.
