Production Expert Packaging

Background:

The packaging operation of Global Clinical Supply Chain Operations (GCSC-O) is responsible for the packaging of clinical samples required in clinical trials. Additionally, stability and SLE orders are also packaged in the operation. The production experts are responsible for the GMP-compliant implementation of these packaging orders, taking deadlines into account and correctly filling out the batch documentation.

Requirements are a completed vocational training and GMP knowledge. SAP knowledge is an advantage. Very good German language skills are essential.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Processing of assigned primary filling orders according to the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) on the corresponding equipment
• Processing of assigned secondary packaging orders according to the applicable SOP's
• Operating labeling machines for the labeling of vials and bottles
• Correct filling of the Batch Record documentation (electronically as well as in writing)
• Participation in the context of process improvements and other internal company projects and initiatives
• Taking on additional organizational tasks

Must Haves:

• Completed vocational training, preferably in logistics or in pharmaceutical production in the GMP area
• IT user knowledge (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
• GMP knowledge or experience
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing at least B2
• Exact way of working
• Independence
• Willingness to work in a two-shift operation (06-14 and 14-22 Uhr)
