Technical Specialist Production (TSP) (m/f/d)

  In this function, as a Technical Specialist Production TSP (m/f/d), you are a central part of our support team in electronics manufacturing.   You ensure equipment availability through preventive maintenance, minimize downtime through sustainable maintenance strategies, and resolve malfunctions including root cause analysis. In doing so, you drive continuous improvements in the area of maintenance and steadily develop your specialist knowledge (e.g., in TPS).   As a technical interface between production, engineering, and development, you support the specialist departments, advise on technical questions, and participate in the optimization of our equipment.   More about the role   • Ensuring equipment availability through preventive maintenance of equipment, operating and testing tools • Minimizing downtime through sustainable maintenance strategies and supporting machine operators with basic maintenance tasks • Analysis and resolution of malfunctions in production including root cause analysis • Continuous Improvement in the area of maintenance • Technical interface between production, engineering, development, as well as other specialist departments (R&D, NPI, B&I) • Technical advice and support for the production departments as well as participation in the optimization of equipment • Coordination, documentation, and monitoring of maintenance measures (incl.
