Die Spitexdienste Laupen are a non-profit organization with a public mandate. The catchment area includes the municipalities of Laupen, Mühleberg, Frauenkappelen, Kriechenwil, Ferenbalm, Gurbrü and Wileroltigen with around 10'000 inhabitants. To complement our team, we are looking for a cheerful and motivated Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/dipl. Pflegefachmann FH/HF with vocational trainer function 80 - 100% starting 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. Our central starting point to the clients is in the Betagtenzentrum Laupen. From here, we start our tours using our own car or the Spitex car.  Your tasks: You carry out needs assessments directly at our clients' homes - digitally and uncomplicatedly with the tablet; You take responsibility for the entire nursing process and ensure professional basic and treatment care; You work in daily responsibility (06:30-16:00) or in the late shift (13:30-23:00) and actively shape daily nursing life; As a competent contact person, you provide advice and support to our clients, their relatives, and your team; You accompany and promote the FaGe apprentices on their training path; With your specialist knowledge and your experience, you support the trainees in everyday professional life and contribute to their successful development. The The following you ideally bring: A completed training as a diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF or FH; At least two years of professional experience - ideally in the Spitex area; You have already completed the vocational trainer course or are willing to attend it; Joy in passing on your knowledge; Knowledge in ASEBIS is a plus, but not a must; You work confidently with PC, tablet and digital nursing documentation; You act independently, take responsibility and maintain an overview even in demanding situations; A driving license of category B; having your own car is an advantage.
