Your tasks Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process Taking over tasks as a primary caregiver Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI/BESA for the assigned guests Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach Planning and accompanying doctor visits Taking over daily responsibility Taking over tasks as a subject matter expert for a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality Your profile Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses A warm and humorous basic attitude Enjoyment of diverse challenges Good German language skills in speaking and writing
