NURSE AS DEPUTY TEAM LEADER

For an institution for long-term care in the Berner Oberland, we are looking for a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ as a deputy team leader. You will continue to take on tasks in direct care and simultaneously support the team leader in everyday leadership. In doing so, you can contribute your experience, take on responsibility, and develop both professionally and personally.

Your tasks at the new employer

• You support the team leader and, in their absence, take over the professional and organizational leadership of the team
• You ensure individual and professional care and support and actively participate in the quality of care
• You accompany and promote apprentices in everyday work and convey your specialist knowledge in a practical manner
• You act as a competent contact person for employees, relatives, and interdisciplinary specialists

You offer your new employer:

• You bring with you completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or as Fachperson Langzeitpflege und -betreuung
• Experience in long-term care as well as ideally initial leadership experience form a good basis for this function
• Joy in accompanying apprentices as well as an independent, structured, and reliable way of working characterize you
• With social competence, organizational talent, and an appreciative manner, you contribute to good cooperation
