Who are we?

Die Eidgenössische Hochschule für Berufsbildung EHB is the Swiss expertise organization for vocational education and training. We train and further educate those responsible for vocational education, research vocational education, develop professions, and support international vocational education cooperation. Our locations are in Zollikofen near Bern (headquarters), Lausanne and Lugano, with branch locations in Olten and Zürich.

Your area of responsibility

• You operate and further develop our ERP system Abacus -- close to the business and with real impact.
• You work on the digitalization of work and business processes and contribute your own ideas.
• You analyze requirements from the specialist departments and accompany their implementation in projects.
• You work closely with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and suppliers.
• In everyday life, you take responsibility for topics such as 2nd Level Support, training, releases, data quality and system operation.

Your profile

• A completed initial or further education in informatics, business informatics, business administration or a comparable field.
• 3--8 years of professional experience in Application Management, in Business Analysis or in a similar role.
• Initial experience in ERP projects or in participation in digital transformation projects.
• Abacus knowledge is a must.
• You work in a structured manner, enjoy learning new things, take responsibility and bring initiative.
• You communicate confidently in German or French and can converse professionally in English.
