Introduction

A dedicated professional is being sought for the kitchen brigade of a newly positioned fine dining concept in a spectacular mountain setting.
The kitchen combines modern culinary arts, high-quality products, and precise craftsmanship into an extraordinary guest experience.
We are looking for a personality who takes responsibility, lives quality, and wants to develop further in an ambitious environment.

Tasks

• You manage your kitchen station independently and ensure smooth operations during service times
• You contribute your own ideas to the seasonal menu design and actively participate in the further development of the concept
• You support events, exclusive occasions, and banquets
• You ensure a constantly high quality in the production, presentation, and service of the dishes
• You consistently implement hygiene and quality standards and take responsibility for your work area
• You promote professional, respectful, and team-oriented cooperation within the kitchen

Profile

• You have completed training as Koch / Köchin EFZ
• You have several years of experience in high-end gastronomy
• You master all stations of a professional kitchen securely and flexibly
• You work independently, are resilient, and have high quality standards
• You convince through team spirit, sense of responsibility, and a positive work attitude
• You have good English skills; German skills are an advantage
