Shift Coordinator: Registration and Coding Center

You coordinate the shift operation in the Registration and Coding Center (ECZ) Chur and ensure a smooth process. You are responsible for coordinating between ECZ and mail centers as well as efficient resource utilization. With you, operations run structured and efficiently! This is what you can achieve • You coordinate and organize the entire operation during your shifts and ensure that all processes run efficiently and in a structured manner. • Monitoring of volume flows as well as ongoing coordination of resource deployment to ensure optimal utilization. • You ensure the flow of information within the team through daily briefings and thus promote transparency and a common understanding of the current situation. • Reporting of operational and personnel special features to the team management, so that improvements can be initiated promptly and in a targeted manner. • You work actively in data collection and coding and also support various logistics processes in everyday operations. This is what you bring • You have very good PC user skills and master typing on the keyboard in the 10-finger system safely and efficiently. • Experience and in-depth knowledge in the areas of letter and package post as well as in logistical processes help you to quickly find your way in the work environment. • You are motivated and willing to quickly acquire knowledge of the processes in the ECZ. • Pronounced organizational skills as well as a structured and independent working style characterize you. • You communicate clearly, in a recipient-oriented and solution-oriented manner, and work together closely in a team. • You communicate very well orally and in writing in German.
