Project Manager Railway Civil Engineering

You design railway infrastructure facilities from preliminary planning to realization and coordinate railway companies, specialist planners, and authorities.

Tasks

• Designing railway infrastructure facilities in all project phases according to SIA 103
• Developing planning approval dossiers for the Bundesamt für Verkehr
• Coordinating with railway companies, specialist planners, authorities, and contractors
• Creating tenders, cost estimates, and schedules
• With increasing experience, independent management of projects and teams

Profile

• Completed studies as a Civil Engineer FH/ETH or training as a Construction Technician HF
• At least 3 years of experience in railway, civil, or track construction
• Lateral entry from road or civil engineering welcome
• Knowledge of SIA standards, experience with SBB regulations and AB-EBV an advantage
• Confident and professional appearance towards clients and contractors
• Very good German skills (at least C1), French skills an advantage
