In order to strengthen our team for the monitoring of large-scale public projects, we are looking for a construction manager. Your missions Supervise and coordinate construction sites, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and quality. Ensure the technical and administrative monitoring of projects. Establish measurements and tenders. Participate in site meetings and write the minutes. Ensure compliance with current standards and regulations. Manage unforeseen events and propose suitable solutions. Your profile HES, EPF diploma or training deemed equivalent, preferably. Confirmed experience in construction management, ideally in Switzerland. Excellent knowledge of Swiss construction standards and administrative procedures. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with autonomy and rigor. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and MS Project; knowledge of Messerli is an asset. Sense of organization, team spirit and ability to adapt. Excellent command of French, both oral and written.
