Our customers include all well-known car brands and their suppliers.      Your tasks:  • Functional leadership of a team of 4 - 6 employees • Setting up and operating multi-axis CNC turning and milling machines • Manufacturing complex individual parts and small series based on drawings • Working on conventional turning and milling machines • Deburring and polishing the produced parts • Monitoring the manufacturing process and quality testing of the manufactured parts • Developing and implementing suggestions for improvement (KVP)   Your profile:  • Vocational training as a Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker or equivalent • Several years of professional experience in the complex machining of chip-removing parts • Sound knowledge and handling of CNC-controlled machines • Experience as a shift leader or team leader desirable • High degree of flexibility, precision and personal responsibility • Analytical and conceptual skills • Communicative, team-oriented "doer personality" • Willingness for 2-shift model   Have we aroused your interest?
