Job Description
Your main missions will be the following:
Perform the nutritional assessment of patients upon entry within the required timeframe
Ensure personalized dietary follow-up according to identified needs
Evaluate the nutritional status and establish an appropriate diagnosis
Determine nutritional needs and adapt management
Implement nutritional interventions (oral, enteral or parenteral nutrition)
Adapt dietary recommendations according to the pathology and the patient's preferences
Evaluate the effectiveness of nutritional management
Ensure traceability in patient files
Qualifications
Holder of an ES or HES dietitian diploma
Experience in individual consultation, ideally in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
Experience or marked interest in the nutritional management of the elderly (polypathologies, malnutrition)
Good command of French, both spoken and written, and ease with common IT tools
Strong taste for working in an interdisciplinary team
Sense of responsibility, organization and priorities
Dynamic, committed and flexible personality, with a patient-oriented posture
