Project and Construction Manager Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Construction

Tasks:

• Depending on experience and personal focus, you will take on tasks in project planning, project management, or construction management of infrastructure projects.
• Independent processing and management of projects in the areas of road construction, utility construction, transport planning, and urban drainage, depending on interest and experience
• Construction management of exciting infrastructure projects in the municipal and cantonal environment
• Coordination and consultation with clients, specialist planners, contractors, and authorities
• Execution of quantity calculations, tenders, and estimations according to NPK
• Preparation of cost estimates, cost projections, and project-related construction schedules
• Development of concept measures, technical reports, and planning documents for permit procedures
• Development of drainage concepts and hydraulic proofs
• Participation in BIM projects and digital planning processes
• The scope of tasks can be individually designed depending on experience and interests

Profile:

• You have a completed diploma as a Civil Engineer FH/ETH or as a Technician HF Construction Planning Engineering / Civil Engineering
• You have several years of professional experience as a Project or Construction Manager in infrastructure construction
• You are familiar with Swiss standards and construction regulations
• You are decisive, conscientious, and have good assertiveness
• You act responsibly
• You have very good oral and written German skills
• You are a team player
• Driver's license Cat. B
