A person who is autonomous, willing, rigorous, handy and careful.
Being able to self-manage is indispensable.
Work on Sundays and public holidays

Tasks:

• Building and outdoor space maintenance
• Maintenance and servicing of equipment
• Bottling and grape harvesting, grape pressing work
• Labeling of wines
• Management of wine stocks and setup
• Management of the waste disposal area
• Preparation of wine orders
• Small repair and construction work
• Kitchen assistance during large services such as Sundays in summer

Working hours are mostly continuous, without a break in the afternoon as in catering. 6 days out of 7 from May to end of August. Days off are Wednesday and Thursday out of season, Thursday in season. Annual holidays from mid-December to beginning of February.
