We are looking for our farm workshop and to accompany our adult beneficiaries in agricultural activities a: Socio-Professional Master Farmer (M/F) Your mission: Management of our biodynamic agricultural exploitation in collaboration with other external workshops. Socio-professional support of adults with disabilities in farm activities: Forage plant production and large-scale farming. Hedge and forest maintenance. Animal production: livestock care and breeding (suckler cows, sheep, fattening pigs, poultry etc. Contribute to the development of the individual projects of each beneficiary, by providing active support in their implementation. Work in a multidisciplinary team, with internal and external partners, to guarantee a coherent and high-quality approach. What we expect from you: CFC Agro Praticien. Socio-professional master training desired. Experience and a real interest in supporting people with disabilities. Dynamism, autonomy, creativity and flexibility on a daily basis to adapt your interventions. Solid relational and administrative skills, essential to promote fluid communication with the teams and file management. Experience with livestock and forage cultivation.
