What you can move

• Responsibility for demanding inspection, repair, maintenance, and occasional new installation work on technically complex systems, facilities, and operating resources in the areas of sanitary, compressed air, and ventilation
• Maintenance and documentation of fiber optic (LWL) and structured cabling (UKV) networks as well as the associated infrastructure
• Execution of 24/7 on-call services and independent management of renovation and modernization projects at assigned locations/areas of Real Estate
• Execution and coordination of switching operations in the low-voltage and high-voltage networks as well as accompanying external craftsmen
• Maintenance, supplementation, and archiving of technical documentation for electrical installations and automation (GLS/MSRL)
• Processing of invoices, cost control, and project reporting in SAP

What you bring with you

• Basic training as an Electrical Installer EFZ or Assembly Electrician with relevant further training in the field of activity
• Several years of practical experience in a building technology, industrial environment combined with pronounced all-rounder or hands-on qualities
• Joy in the training and passing on of specialist knowledge to apprentices
• User experience with SAP (invoice processing, cost control)
• Knowledge of facility management software/tools for the documentation and administration of technical systems is an advantage
• Driving license category B mandatory, HAB operator course and forklift license advantageous

About the area

With a team of 10 building technicians, you maintain approx. 50 buildings that are on average 40-50 years old and help to keep them in top shape. Besides, you can also actively contribute your knowledge to smaller projects.
