• System development and integration of weapon systems
• Creation of system models for weapon systems and subsystems
• Execution of system engineering as well as technical (sub-)project manager activities with responsibility for results regarding performance, costs, schedule compliance and quality
• Elaboration of system specifications (incl. requirements engineering), system and solution concepts
• Development and documentation of Matlab and Simulink models for controls of weapon systems and subsystems
• Commissioning of prototypes, testing, integration and qualification of internal and external systems
• Participation as well as if necessary leadership of system tests, qualification and shooting trials as test manager
• Collaboration in the evaluation, development and support of suppliers for external systems

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Completed studies ETH/FH specializing in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, robotics or related fields
• Initial professional experience in the mentioned areas
• Independent, structured way of working and solution-oriented thinking approach
• Openness to new technologies, quick comprehension
• High quality orientation, flexibility and resilience
• Strong communicative skills, intercultural competence and enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good English skills in spoken and written
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for 4-5 weeks per year
