tasks

• you are responsible for the processing of customer inquiries from a to z
• in doing so, you are in daily telephone, written and personal contact with customers and look after and advise them competently
• you also take over order processing as well as the coordination with production, logistics and the field service
• furthermore you ensure on-time delivery
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have a commercial education as kauffrau / kaufmann or have completed a business school
• additionally, you bring professional experience in inside sales, in the wood industry or the flooring industry
• furthermore, you are experienced in dealing with office and ERP systems
• do you also describe yourself as a skillful in negotiation, structured and reliable specialist?
