Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training (Kaufmann/-frau EFZ)
• Professional experience of 2 to 3 years in a similar function (e.g., internal sales, sales administration)
• Confident German language skills, additional foreign language skills (French and/or Italian) are an advantage
• Networked thinking and strong customer orientation
• High degree of independence and reliability
• Very careful, precise and quality-conscious way of working

Your tasks:

• Process customer orders and ensure active product management
• Manage customer base, condition and returns management
• Coordination with the interfaces of purchasing, field service and logistics
• Monitor delivery dates and organize deliveries
• Deputy for office organization (in the absence of the responsible person)
• Exciting additional tasks in the field of marketing (Co-designing Social Media presence and newsletter, conducting tastings)
