Your tasks ##

As a leading personnel service provider in the Swiss healthcare system, we work throughout German-speaking Switzerland with a wide variety of institutions from the healthcare and social sectors - including hospitals, long-term care organizations, Spitex organizations, rehab clinics, psychiatric clinics, medical practices, and socio-pedagogical institutions.

For the recruitment and support of our temporary employees, we are looking for a dedicated personality who accompanies our employees from the first contact through to employment and long-term cooperation, and actively helps shape this path.

In doing so, you ensure personal and professional support for our employees and contribute to ensuring they feel well taken care of at careanesth.

In this versatile function, you accompany our employees during their entire time with us:

• Attracting: Recruiting employees, building new contacts, and specifically expanding our employee network
• Accompanying: Being the central contact person for our employees, maintaining relationships, and ensuring personal support and guidance
• Developing: Promoting further training and development opportunities and supporting employees in their professional development
• Retaining: Further developing offers and services for employees and contributing to positive cooperation and long-term retention
• Positioning: Strengthening our employer brand and actively helping to shape marketing measures to attract new employees

Your profile ##

• Very good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
• Education and professional experience in nursing or another healthcare profession is an advantage
• Experience in recruiting, personnel consulting, employee support, or temporary staffing, ideally in healthcare, is an advantage
• Enjoyment of personal contact and building long-term relationships
• Strong employee and service orientation
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication, empathetic, and reliable personality
• Enjoyment in actively helping to shape offers and services for employees
