La Fondation Echaud is a socio-educational establishment that welcomes 80 adults with multiple disabilities or presenting with medically recognized severe cerebral palsy, often also in the presence of various additional disorders and impairments. To complete our team of therapists at the Cugy residential facility, we are looking for from 1 December 2026:

An occupational therapist 100% ##

The Position: ###

• Practice within a team of dynamic therapists, with a large degree of autonomy.
• Create and implement adapted auxiliary aids.
• Work in collaboration and be attentive to the educational teams accompanying the beneficiaries.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team for the development and monitoring of therapeutic programs and pedagogical projects for the beneficiaries.
• Participate in assessment meetings for the accompaniment of beneficiaries.
• Collaborate with families and legal representatives.
• Collaborate with external partners.
• Establish AI requests for auxiliary aids.
• Maintain and update therapeutic files of the beneficiaries.

The Profile: ###

• Diploma in occupational therapy or title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Awareness of multiple disabilities.
• Interest in getting involved in a concept of integrated therapies.
• Ease in teamwork, organization and reliability.
• Good computer skills.
