About our institution Located in Payerne, our EMS welcomes 44 residents for long stays in a calm and familial environment. We support elderly people in geriatric and complex geriatric situations. A development project is underway, with a future building planned for 2028. Your missions Under the delegation of the nursing staff, You provide medico-technical treatments and care to the residents. You assist and support residents in activities of daily living while respecting human values and the well-being of each individual. Your main responsibilities: Support the physical, psycho-social and spiritual well-being of the residents. Develop synergies with other sectors. Communicate oral and written information accurately. Profile sought CFC as an assistant in community care and health. FEE training will be an asset. Marked interest in geriatrics and geriatric psychiatry. Ease in relations with elderly people, with respect, listening and empathy. Autonomous, organized, dynamic and flexible person. Good team spirit and sense of responsibility. Proficiency in French (oral and written) and IT skills (MS Office; knowledge of Carefolio = an asset). We offer you Possibilities for training and supervision of our apprentices.
