You ensure that radiological examinations and interventions are optimally planned and that patients are cared for in a timely and structured manner. Through your coordination, you contribute decisively to making processes efficient and ensuring a high quality of treatment. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed every day to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • You schedule patient appointments for consultations (outpatient and inpatient) and for imaging-guided interventions in interventional radiology • For patients and referrers, you are an important contact person (regarding appointment changes, information concerning intervention reports, etc.) • In the consultation, you perform blood sampling, supplementing the laboratory tests • You procure and archive patient documents (laboratory values, X-ray examinations) from outside the Universitätsspital Your profile • You have completed training as an MPA or FaGe as well as experience in the organization and scheduling of complex appointments • Working with patients as well as their relatives gives you joy • You are a communicative person who appreciates working independently and precisely • You are familiar with the computer and the common MS-Office programs (Outlook, Word etc.) • You have good German language skills, foreign language skills are desired Our benefits We look forward to your application Daniel Buschor Recruiting About the USZ The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland.
