Job description
Güxi Kinderkrippen GmbH operates a total of 14 nurseries as well as eight forest nurseries in the greater Zurich area. Our goal is to provide children and their families with a family-complementary framework in which the children feel secure and can develop and unfold individually. For our baby group at the Zurich Lindenplatz location, we are looking for an engaged and experienced group leader (FaBe EFZ) per immediately or by agreement, who shapes our nursery everyday life with heart, professional competence, and a sense of responsibility. Your tasks

Loving and professional care of our infants and toddlers according to our pedagogical concept
Individual and development-oriented promotion of the children, taking their needs into account
Design of a safe, secure, and stimulating environment in which the children can feel comfortable and unfold
Co-responsibility for the planning and organization of a varied and age-appropriate group everyday life
Creative room design as well as the provision of suitable play and developmental offers
Open, trusting, and professional cooperation with parents
Guidance and support of team members in pedagogical everyday life
Support and guidance of our apprentices as well as interns in their development
What distinguishes you

Completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung Kinder EFZ, toddler educator, or an equivalently recognized pedagogical qualification
Professional experience in childcare, ideally in the baby area
High professional competence in dealing with infants and toddlers
Joy in taking on responsibility and guiding and supporting a team
An empathetic, resilient, and solution-oriented personality
Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
Team spirit, commitment, and enthusiasm for a lively nursery everyday life
