Healthcare Specialist as Ward Coordinator Women's Clinic, 80 %

For our inpatient ward of the women's clinic with a focus on postpartum care and obstetrics at the Triemli location, we are looking for a team-oriented personality starting September 1, 2026, or by arrangement. Tasks ## • You will predominantly take over ward coordination and perform administrative tasks such as taking over the ward telephone, coordination with bed management and delivery room, or internal appointment coordination, as well as supporting the shift lead. • You will work constructively within the team and make an active contribution to interdisciplinary cooperation. • You will work predominantly in the early shift, but will also take on assignments in the late shift if required. • You will support the team in all nursing and housekeeping activities. • If required, you will work in tandem with a registered nurse / midwife and will be responsible for carrying out nursing interventions for a patient group. Profile ## • Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ • Professional experience in an acute care hospital, as well as in postpartum care, is mandatory • Enjoyment of administrative activities, coordination talent, and high communication skills • Pronounced quality and service awareness as well as an independent and self-responsible way of working • Cross-departmental understanding and economic thinking and acting • Enjoyment of complex, demanding, and interdisciplinary work activities We offer ## We offer you more than just a job!
