Project Manager Medicines and Official Tariffs (80 - 100%) is the industry association of health insurers. It represents 100 Percent of the insured with its members. The name stands for the association's priority of engaging in political and social dialogue for a high-quality and sustainably financeable healthcare system. The Tarifstrukturen & Amtstarife department develops and negotiates, on behalf of the members, all outpatient and inpatient tariff structures and processes the official tariffs. We are looking for an engaged specialist as Project Manager Medicines and Official Tariffs (80 - 100%) immediately or by agreement. In this function, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Management and processing of projects in the area of officially determined tariffs (especially medicines, medical products, and laboratory analyses) Coordination of the internal working group Amtstarife, leadership of specialist groups with specific focus (pharmacist tariff, individual case compensation, etc.) Preparation of political statements, positions, and reports Conducting evaluations and analyses in the area of medicines Close cooperation with our members Representation of interests towards industry associations and authorities Your profile We are looking for an analytical, methodical, and structured person with quick comprehension and a flair for analysis You have in-depth knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and bring experience in the area of official tariffs, preferably with a pharmaceutical background. Additionally, you convince with a high degree of team ability and an independent, precise working method You preferably have a degree (Master) in social sciences, economics, or pharmacy or equivalent further education. You communicate diplomatically and concisely in German or French, both verbally and in writing, and have good language skills in the other official language You do not meet all of the mentioned points?
