Deputy Head of Maintenance

In our NARIDA AG production plant in Lanzenhäusern, we produce well-known cereal bars and snacks for domestic and foreign markets.

To strengthen our management team, we are looking for an engaged, solution-oriented, and technically skilled personality as

Deputy Head of Maintenance 100%

starting 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

In this versatile role, you will support the Head of Maintenance in ensuring the maximum availability of our production facilities, infrastructure, and building technology. You will take responsibility in day-to-day operations, coordinate technical work, accompany projects, and work together with your team to ensure that our plants run reliably and that breakdowns are prevented as much as possible.

Your tasks ##

• You ensure with your team that our plants run without malfunctions and reliably
• You support fault rectification in accordance with production volumes and coordinate closely with the production management
• You hold the threads together between shifts, maintenance, and production so that everyone knows what is running
• You get to the bottom of malfunctions and implement improvements that have a sustainable effect
• You keep the technical documentation up to date and pass on your knowledge in training sessions

What you bring with you ##

• Technical basic training (e.g., polymechanic, automation technician, electrician) and further training as a technician HF, maintenance specialist with federal diploma (eidg. FA) or comparable
• Experience in the maintenance of production facilities, ideally in multi-shift operations
• Leadership, coordination, or project experience is a plus
• You are familiar with Lean and CIP tools such as 5S, TPM, or root cause analysis
• You communicate clearly, appear confidently, and pitch in within the team
