Occupational Safety Officer (M/F)

Introduction ##

For our Purchasing, Support & Infrastructure division, we are looking for an Occupational Safety Officer (M/F) whose main mission will be to follow "ergonomics" files in connection with our external ergonomist and the Health service."

Responsibilities ##

• Conduct ergonomic observations and analyses of workstations across different sites: production, assembly, quality control, logistics, maintenance and administrative activities
• Identify risk factors related to MSDs, constraining postures, manual handling, visual constraints and precision work
• Propose, coordinate and monitor ergonomic improvement measures, taking into account the requirements of quality, productivity, safety and confidentiality specific to the industrial environment
• Participate in the design or transformation of workstations, in collaboration with the Production, Methods, Industrialization, Maintenance, Quality and Infrastructure teams
• Ensure the operational link with external ergonomics experts: preparation of interventions, transmission of necessary elements, coordination of field visits, monitoring of recommendations and management of their implementation
• Lead awareness and training actions: ergonomics at the workstation, prevention of MSDs, etc...

Profile ##

• HES Bachelor in occupational therapy, or a title deemed equivalent
• Proven experience of more than 3 years in ergonomics, MSD prevention, professional rehabilitation in an industrial environment, ideally in the microtechnology, watchmaking, electronics, medical or precision industry sectors
• Mastery of activity analysis processes and ergonomic evaluation of workstations
• Knowledge in biomechanics, manual handling, postural constraints and prevention of occupational risks
• Additional training in ergonomics or occupational safety is an asset
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and to mobilize field interlocutors as well as support functions
• Listening skills, diplomacy, rigor, autonomy and excellent synthesis skills
• Mobility required between the different sites
