ICT Supporter ERP & Integration w/m/d

You ensure that our ERP system and the connected interfaces function reliably in everyday operations. As a central point of contact in 1st & 2nd level support, you analyze malfunctions, find their cause, and ensure operation together with our internal and external ICT partners. In doing so, you work at the interface between business, ERP, integration platforms, and external ICT service providers.

These tasks will inspire you

• Processing of 1st & 2nd-level tickets regarding ERP, applications, and interfaces
• Analysis and rectification of malfunctions as well as development of workarounds
• Monitoring and analysis of errors and logs in ERP, integration, and messaging processes
• Investigation of data flows between ERP and connected systems
• Support with EDI processes and communication with business partners
• Coordination and targeted escalation of complex technical problems to external ICT partners
• Documentation of solutions, error patterns, and recurring problems
• Construction and maintenance of a knowledge base for 1st-level support
• Collaboration on ERP projects, changes, and optimizations

• Education or further training in the field of informatics, business informatics, or a comparable technical education
• Experience in 1st- and/or 2nd-level ICT support
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes
• Interest and understanding of interfaces (APIs, Webservice, XML, etc.) and system integration
• Analytical and structured approach to troubleshooting
• Joy in understanding technical connections and fixing causes instead of just symptoms
• Good communication skills with users, specialist departments, and ICT service providers
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
