On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Infrastructure Concierge to intervene on various buildings and sites in the Riviera-Valais Region. ###

This is a versatile and mobile position, with the objective of ensuring the continuity of concierge services during holidays, leave, unforeseen absences, or emergency situations.

Your mission ###

A true person of the field, you ensure the good condition and proper functioning of the buildings entrusted to you. You intervene on various maintenance, upkeep, and concierge missions, while being in direct contact with clients and tenants.

You will notably be required to:

• Perform regular inspections of buildings and technical installations
• Carry out routine maintenance interventions and small works
• Ensure the general maintenance of buildings, surfaces, and outdoor spaces
• Participate in the maintenance of green spaces and seasonal work, notably snow removal
• Respond to requests from clients and tenants and ensure a quality service
• Welcome and accompany suppliers or companies intervening on the sites
• Monitor the interventions of external service providers and ensure their proper execution
• Identify maintenance needs or additional work and communicate them to the manager
• Provide support to the site manager in various tasks related to building operations
• Contribute to maintaining safety and report any situation presenting a risk
• Occasionally replace a technical concierge depending on needs
• Participate in the on-call service according to the requirements of the position

Your profile ###

We are primarily looking for a motivated, reliable, versatile person with a sense of service.

Ideally, you possess:

• Training in the field of concierge services
• Significant experience in concierge services, facility management, upkeep, or building maintenance
• Good technical basics and real ease in performing manual work
• Good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude with clients, tenants, and partners
• Fluent French, minimum B2 level, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook tools
• Good knowledge of the Riviera-Valais Region
• A driver's license, indispensable for this position
• Ideally, you live in Monthey or nearby, a central point of the position's geography
