Missions Supervise and conduct all tasks inherent to works management, for the SIA Phases, while respecting project deadlines and budgets Establish and monitor requests for quotations and awards Direct and coordinate consultants, client representatives, subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee a harmonious execution of the work Study and control plans (civil eng. and consultants) and cross-reference with the building permit Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on the construction site Maintain fluid communication with the client(s), the architect(s), the consultant(s) and other project stakeholders Prepare supplementary estimates and client invoices, monitor \+/\- values as well as guarantees Ensure client follow-up in both technical choices and finishes Candidate Profile You hold an ES technician diploma, an EPF/HES training in building or a title deemed equivalent You benefit from similar experience within a general contractor in Switzerland Your analytical spirit and sense of organization allow you to manage one or more projects simultaneously You express yourself easily in French You master the principles of construction management software (Messerli, MS Project), you are comfortable with DMS (M\-Files) and MS Office (mainly Word and Excel) You enjoy teamwork and are comfortable in human contacts Conditions and Advantages Offer within a human-sized EG within a renowned group in the construction sector Family group with a strong local presence Varied, complex and stimulating projects, located in the canton of NE Autonomy, trust and good team cohesion Attractive salary conditions and advantages jpid89d6fc5jm jpit0729jm jpiy26jm
