For the technical and organizational leadership of a versatile service area in the field of air conditioning systems, we are looking for an experienced leader with entrepreneurial thinking and strong technical understanding.

Activities:

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the service area
• Planning, coordination, and implementation of air conditioning system projects
• Responsibility for technology, calculation, and preparation of offers
• Control of order processing as well as material and personnel deployment planning
• Ensuring quality, economic efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Support of customers, suppliers, and partners as well as optimization of service processes

Requirements:

• Training as a building services planner, refrigeration technician, or higher professional qualification
• Several years of professional experience in service and project implementation
• Leadership competence, organizational skills, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Technical understanding and good IT affinity with MS Office and ERP solutions
• Strong-communicating, independent, and structured personality
