For a renowned medical institution in Bachenbülach, we are looking for an experienced and committed personality as a Senior Physician (m/f/d) (80-100%) who, with high professional competence, leadership strength, and innovative spirit, will further develop medical quality and optimally lead the medical team.

Your tasks:

• Professional, organizational, and personnel management of the medical department in close cooperation with the hospital or clinic management
• Ensuring patient-oriented, high-quality medical care in accordance with the latest scientific findings
• Leading and promoting the medical team, including personnel planning, further education, and mentoring of young female and male doctors
• Development and implementation of innovative treatment concepts and quality measures to optimize medical services
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with other specialist departments, nursing staff, and external cooperation partners
• Participation in strategic decisions of the clinic to actively shape the further development of medical offerings
• Responsibility for compliance with legal regulations, quality standards, and economic efficiency in the area of patient care
• Participation in scientific projects, clinical research, or teaching activities depending on the interest and orientation of the institution

Your profile:

• Completed medical studies with specialist training in a relevant medical field
• Several years of professional experience in a leadership role in an acute care hospital, a specialist clinic, or a university environment
• Leadership competence with the ability to motivate and further develop an interdisciplinary team
• High degree of strategic thinking, organizational talent, and decision-making ability
• Sound knowledge of quality management and medical process optimization
• Very good communication skills and confident appearance when dealing with patients, specialist staff, and external partners
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage
