To strengthen our team in Kloten, we are looking for: Junior Bauleiter/in (m/w/d) Your activities include the following main tasks: Participation in local construction management from the start of construction up to the warranty work under guidance Support in monitoring workflows regarding deadlines, costs and quality Preparation and accompaniment of measurement controls on-site with the contractors Participation and minute-taking during partial acceptances as well as participation in construction site meetings Support in the coordination of daily construction site organization and detailed planning Collaboration in recording and updating deficiency lists as well as obtaining documents for the construction documentation Checking the plan documents of the architect and the specialist planners for completeness Your profile Basic training as Zeichner EFZ (specialization architecture) or an equivalent basic training in the construction industry (structural engineering) 1 to 2 years of experience in the construction industry (recent graduates with great motivation are also welcome) Sound knowledge of MS-Office and Messerli (BauAd) Independent, responsible and customer-oriented personality Organizational talent, networked thinking and an exact way of working Driver's license Cat.
