Your tasks:

• You lead technical manufacturing projects and bear responsibility for the continuous further development of systems, processes, and manufacturing aids
• You implement technical adjustments to existing production systems, supervise them, and constantly optimize them
• You ensure an efficient, stable, and modern production environment
• You plan, design, and realize manufacturing aids, fixtures, and prototypes
• You create technical drawings and 3D models
• You work closely with production, engineering, quality, and other internal interfaces
• You lead or support technical improvement, optimization, and innovation projects

Perspectively:
. You take over international projects in the field of strip plating and are ready for worldwide assignments

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, polymechanic, locksmith, or mechanical engineer
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment and experience in the field of project management
• Profound knowledge in 3D-CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar programs)
• Good German and English skills
• High level of commitment and the motivation to actively shape changes
• Creativity and a solution-oriented mindset
• Careful way of working and a high degree of reliability
• A structured, methodical approach and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Readiness for international assignments and motivation to develop into a project manager for strip plating in the next 2–3 years
