Job Description

• Supervise and motivate a team of masons on site
• Organize, plan and monitor the progress of works
• Ensure the quality and compliance of achievements
• Actively participate in masonry work (brick, formwork, concrete, etc.)
• Carry out renovation and transformation work
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines, safety and quality standards

Profile sought

• Solid experience in masonry and team management
• A strong sense of responsibility and autonomy
• An ability to make decisions quickly on site
• Training as a team leader or equivalent experience
• Good communication and developed team spirit
• A professional and solution-oriented attitude
