Project Manager Large Projects You take over the project management for two large construction projects and control them from feasibility to handover. In doing so, you keep deadlines, costs, and quality under control, coordinate diverse stakeholder groups, and ensure successful implementation with foresight, negotiating skills, and clear decisions. What you achieve You take over the overall project management for two large construction projects and bring them to a successful conclusion in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality You control your projects from the initial feasibility study through planning and approval to realization and handover You keep budgets, costs, deadlines, and quality under control at all times and ensure targeted project control You coordinate internal and external stakeholder groups and ensure smooth cooperation with departments, authorities, planners, and contractors You are responsible for awards, contract negotiations, and the choice of the suitable commissioning model You identify risks early, initiate the right measures, and ensure transparent decision-making bases and reports What you bring Education: Completed degree (uni/ETH, FH, HF) Field of study: Civil engineer, architect or equivalent education/training in the construction sector Professional experience: Several years of experience as a project manager in construction management, ideally with an institutional client or a real estate company You have experience in managing large and complex construction projects over several SIA phases You are familiar with construction standards and have solid knowledge of contract, planning, and construction law You are skilled in dealing with approval procedures and authorities at the communal and cantonal level You work safely with MS Project and common cost and tendering tools You convince with negotiating skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and a pronounced sense of cost and deadline awareness You lead several projects in different phases in parallel and set clear priorities German (B2) English (ADVANTAGEOUS) What we offer you Modern infrastructure: Inviting and functional office world, modern IT infrastructure Occupational pension: Pension fund with above-average performance AN share 8.5%, AG share 17% Cumulus points: Additional Cumulus points for employees Contact Ms. HR Business Partner No suitable jobs?
