As Sachbearbeiter/in, you are responsible for a diverse real estate area and take care of and maintain contact with our customers. Your task consists mainly of: Supporting the administrator in caring for and contacting owners, tenants, suppliers, and other partners. Rental: • Management of rental contracts; • Creation of contracts, changes (additional agreements, increases, decreases, including calculations); • Processing of complaints, supporting the administrator in disputed cases; • Ensuring proper management of object and tenant files. Management of vacancies: • Preparation and publication of advertisements (if necessary, collection of data and photography); • Processing of inquiries, viewings, processing of applications. Technical management: • Inventory, move-out settlements, cost estimates, commissioning and monitoring of work, invoice control, • Management and reporting of damage cases, contact and management of janitors; • Ensuring proper management of building files.
