We employ around 90 employees, including 6 apprentices, and are represented at 7 locations in the region. For our Credit Support team at the Lützelflüh location, we are looking for a proactive and service-oriented personality who enjoys competently supporting our customer advisors and actively helping to shape the future of our bank. Credit Support Employee What awaits you? You relieve our customer advisors in everyday life and take over administrative tasks related to the pre- and post-processing of credit applications from private and/or corporate customers You check credit inquiries and create credit applications in the banking system (creditworthiness, object, collateral, binding offer, financing confirmation) You monitor credit pendings and ensure that open tasks are completed on time for our customer advisors You ensure quality, complete documentation and compliance with our guidelines and processes through careful control You have the opportunity, if interested and suitable, to take over the team leadership at a later date What do you bring with you?
