Your field of activity

• Professional responsibility in complex nursing situations as well as ensuring professional, evidence-based, and patient-oriented care
• Advising and supporting nursing specialists and FaGe on specialist questions and in the implementation of the nursing process
• Active participation in professional development as well as the introduction and implementation of nursing concepts and current findings from research
• Transfer of specialist knowledge through further training, practical guidance, and support during the induction and further development of employees
• Taking on daily responsibility or shift leadership and coordinating competence-based cooperation in the interprofessional team
• Participation in the implementation of the educational mandate as well as promoting high nursing and patient safety

What distinguishes you

• Degree as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH
• Several years of professional experience in the acute care sector and ideally sound specialist competence in complex nursing situations or the curiosity to acquire these specialist competences
• Joy in passing on your specialist knowledge, advising employees, and further developing nursing quality together
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and confident handling of changing requirements in everyday work
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Joy in the nursing profession and high service orientation
