For our client in Hägendorf, we are looking for a reliable and versatile personality as a Specialist Facility Management / Caretaker (m/f/d). Do you have manual dexterity, a good technical understanding, and enjoy a varied activity? Then a responsible task awaits you regarding building maintenance, surroundings care, and the support of building users.

Tasks

In this function, you control the condition of the building and ensure flawless operation of the property. You carry out smaller repairs and maintenance work independently, monitor the technical systems in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and electrical, and organize as well as accompany maintenance work by external specialist companies.

Your area of responsibility also includes the care of green spaces, lawn areas, hedges, and plantings, as well as the cleaning and maintenance of parking spaces, paths, and squares. During the winter months, you take over snow removal and ice control.

As a contact person for tenants, owners, users, and visitors, you receive reports of malfunctions and damage and coordinate the necessary measures with tradespeople and service providers. For events and special occasions, you support the organizational and operational processes. Maintaining control and maintenance protocols, creating reports and damage reports, as well as inquiry for quotes and material orders, complement your area of responsibility. Furthermore, you participate in budget and cost controls.

Requirements

You have completed training as a Specialist Facility Management EFZ or a comparable manual training with EFZ, as well as at least five years of professional experience after completing the training. You bring sound knowledge in building maintenance and surroundings care and work independently, carefully, and solution-oriented.

A valid driver's license of category B as well as valid training certificates for walkie-stackers, counterbalance forklifts, and aerial work platforms are mandatory. You are characterized by a high service orientation, a friendly demeanor, and organizational skills. Reliability, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment in dealing with different contact persons round off your profile.
